A Denture That Fits Your Mouth and Your Budget
Full or partial, traditional or implant-secured. We’ll walk you through every option honestly, so you leave with a denture that actually fits, not just the first one you were shown.

Complete, Partial, and Timing Matters
A complete denture replaces every tooth in an arch: top, bottom, or both. A partial fills the gaps left by several missing teeth, resting on the natural teeth you still have. Both are built from an impression of your own mouth, so the fit, shape, and shade are made for you.
A conventional denture is made after your gums heal from extractions and fits more predictably once tissue settles. An immediate denture is placed the same day as your extractions, so you’re never without teeth, but your gums keep changing shape as you heal, so it typically needs a reline later. We’ll talk through which path fits your case.
New Denture, or a Denture That Stopped Fitting
Dentures make sense if you’re missing several teeth in a row, most of an arch, or all of it, from decay, gum disease, injury, or years of wear.
It’s also worth a conversation if your current denture has started to feel loose, clicks when you talk, or you’ve been avoiding certain foods. A denture that fit well five years ago doesn’t necessarily fit today: gums and bone keep changing shape over time.
If a removable denture never quite feels secure, it can often be anchored to a small number of implants so it stops slipping, planned and placed by the same team already treating you.
From Impression to Final Fit
Consultation & exam
Your mouth, any remaining teeth, your goals, and an honest talk about complete vs. partial, conventional vs. immediate.
Impressions & bite
A mold of your mouth and a record of how your jaws meet, so your bite feels natural.
Wax try-in
You try a wax version so we check fit, shape, and shade together before anything is finalized.
Placement
Immediate: new teeth the same day as extractions. Conventional: once your gums have healed.
Follow-up adjustments
Some soreness or a slight lisp in the first weeks is common: we see you back to fine-tune the fit.

Designed, Fitted, and Adjusted Right Here
Dr. Waris and Dr. Arafa, and the same team, design, fit, and adjust your denture from first impression to final fitting: you’re not sent to a different office partway through. We’ll tell you honestly what a denture can and can’t do for your case, and recommend only what you actually need.
Patients sometimes ask about a denture that doesn’t come out at all. What they usually mean is an implant-secured denture that’s fixed in place instead of removable. It’s a bigger step up front, but for the right case, it’s worth the conversation, and it happens with this same team.

Denture Questions
A complete denture replaces every tooth in an arch. A partial fills in several missing teeth while resting on the natural teeth you still have, using clasps or attachments to stay in place.
Often, yes: that’s an immediate denture. You leave with teeth the same day, but because your gums and bone keep changing shape as you heal, it typically needs an adjustment or reline a few months later.
Yes. It’s custom-shaped and shaded to fit your mouth, not a generic set. We work with you at the wax try-in stage to get the look right before it’s finalized.
With normal care, many patients get several years of comfortable use, though gums and bone keep changing, which is why a reline or a new denture is often needed down the road. If long-term stability matters most, we’ll also walk you through implant-secured options.
Often, yes. We can anchor your denture to a small number of implants so it stops slipping, without redesigning it from scratch. We’ll assess your case at a consult.
